Counselling
I offer counseling in usually one hour sessions. Most of my counselling uses positive psychology. The sessions can be completed in person or over the phone. I also encourage clients to text or email in between sessions if they have questions or want to celebrate a success!

The Turning Point Life Coaching Services is all about you! What you want from life, what you want from work, extra curricular activities, from your family, and what you want from you! When you step into my office I hope you feel as comfortable as if you are sitting with a friend talking about your most inner thoughts. You will be able to talk about anything and we will be able to work on any areas you want to. In our sessions we will look at all the options and pick the best action plan that fits you and only you. I am here to help find ways to make your life better and easier so you can live your life to the fullest! At the end of each session you will walk away with something positive and that will create a need within you to come back so that your whole life feels like that one aspect. The Turning Point Life Coaching Services will be working with other services to enure that your are getting the best possible, well rounded service. At the moment I will be able to connect you with other Health Care specialists such as acupuncture, Bowen Therapy, Dietician and Massage Therapy.The Specialists who live out of the area will be able to use my office for services with you if needed.
