The Turning Point Life Coaching Services was designed to assist people with the many things that affect them in life. I established this company so that people can finally be at peace with themselves and have the life they have always wanted. There is so much to enjoy in this world that we do not need to feel unhappy or fearful of something that can be overcome. Having a life coach and a counselor can allow you to express what on your mind during sessions and in between with email and text message. Never feel alone or feel you have to wait to get direction. With a life coach you always have someone in your corner.
I use mostly positive psychology in my sessions and look at the positive outcomes and pathways rather than the negative. Being optimistic is the first step to solving any issue or achieving goals. Although you don't need to have a problem or a goal to speak with a Life Coach or a Counselor, I am able to be a support person too. Sometimes we just need someone to talk to that is able to just listen and not give judgement.
I have a BA with an advanced double major in Sociology and Social Anthropology and Women's Studies from Dalhousie University and a BA in Psychology from St Marys University. I have approximately six years experience in this field working mainly with youth and the elderly.
